Chad S. Bowen is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in mediation, bankruptcy law, and business leadership. His primary focus is on delivering fractional general counsel services to a carefully selected clientele. Additionally, he specializes in guiding corporations through complex workouts, resolving business disputes, managing restructuring processes, and providing litigation management services.

Chad plays a crucial role in supporting fellow attorneys by serving as a mediator and by addressing various aspects of financial restructuring. His contributions include assisting with debtor-in-possession financing and exit capitalization, structuring distressed asset sales, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions. Chad can apply his expertise in a range of capacities, including as a Florida local counsel, co-counsel, receiver, assignee, chief restructuring officer (CRO), or liquidating agent.

Chad earned his undergraduate degree in finance with honors from the University of Florida and attended the University of Florida's law school, where he also graduated with honors and served as an editor of the Florida Law Review. He is licensed to practice in Florida's state courts, the Federal Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the District Court of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
