Lisha Bowen: Trial Lawyer
Lisha Bowen assists her clients with insurance coverage disputes that arise when an insurance carrier fails to fulfill their obligations and with personal injury claims must be resolved in court. Born in Tampa, Florida Lisha received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to Florida's state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. In the first years of her practice, she served as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Peggy A. Quince at the Florida Supreme Court, followed by private practice focusing on the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Ms. Bowen then spent 12 years as a member of Swope, Rodante P.A. in Tampa, Florida where her practice focused on litigation of cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.
